GUUST MULDER
Guust Mulder was born and raised in Tilburg, the Netherlands in 1989. He developed an obsession for cinema in his early childhood. The world of film became a playground where he was free to enjoy, experiment and learn.
After high school, in 2006, he moved to Amsterdam to attend a program of the Dutch film academy. After graduation in 2008, he moved to Rotterdam to continue his film studies at the school of fine arts: the Willem de Kooning Academy. In 2012 he graduated with his short film “Chained”. Which led to a variety of different commercial and free projects.
After working in many areas of film, through the years he fixated his efforts solely on writing and directing. This introduced him to bigger commercial projects for a wide range of clients. Later to be expanded by multiple commercial projects in the Spanish market as well.
In his spare time he kept developing free work like his short films “Untie”, shot in Indonesia and China, and his short film “Alaraph”. Putting in the maximum effort to create cinematic stories, to polish his skills and to convey his message to the audience as effective as possible.
